We currently ship to the following locations:

All over Bangladesh.

2. Processing Time

Order Processing: All orders are processed within a day.
Shipping Days: Orders are shipped on any business days.
Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.

If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 24hrs within Dhaka city and 48hrs all over Bangladesh.
Express Shipping: Same Day only inside Dhaka city through pathao parcel.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. You will be able to view shipping costs at checkout before finalizing your order.

Standard Shipping: 60tk inside Dhaka city and 120tk outside Dhaka city
Express Shipping: Depends on distance. [between 100tk to 350tk.]

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow the progress of your delivery. If you have not received your tracking number within 3hrs please contact us at barika.bd.info@gmail.com.

6. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or courier issues. In such cases, we appreciate your understanding and patience. If your order is delayed for an extended period, please reach out to us.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at barika.bd.onfo@gmail.com with your order number and details. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as necessary.
